1. Coaching Programs & Memberships

• Coaching programs and memberships are billed monthly on a subscription basis.

• Payments are non-refundable once processed.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

• To avoid future charges, you must cancel before your renewal date.

2. VIP Coaching

• VIP coaching sessions and add-ons are also billed monthly.

• Payments are non-refundable due to the limited availability of 1:1 coaching slots.

• You may cancel anytime, and access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

3. Done-For-You Services

• DFY services require an upfront setup fee, which is non-refundable.

• Ongoing monthly management fees may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

• Work completed before cancellation will be delivered as agreed, but no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.

4. Digital Products & Free Resources

• Free guides, checklists, and trainings are provided as-is with no refunds necessary.

• Paid digital products (e.g., templates, mini-courses) are non-refundable due to immediate access upon purchase.

5. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions in cases of accidental duplicate payments or billing errors. To request a review, please contact us at [email protected].
